Terms of Service (TOS) for the BDA Program:

  1. Introduction: This Terms of Service (TOS) outlines the terms and conditions under which the Business Development Associate (BDA) Program is offered. The TOS sets out the responsibilities of the BDA and the company.
  2. Membership Duration: The BDA Program is a 90-day membership program, starting from the date of enrollment.
  3. Membership Fees: The BDA Program fee is ₹200 plus 18% GST = ₹236. The fee is non-refundable.
  4. Commission and Coupons: The BDA will receive a commission for each sale made to Prospective Clients. The commission rate will be specified by the company and may vary based on the services sold. Additionally, the BDA will receive 10 coupons worth ₹20 each, which can be redeemed for services or product purchases.
  5. Training Courses: The BDA will have access to over 35+ online training courses, out of which one course will be offered for free. The BDA will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the course.
  6. Selling Services: The BDA may sell Accounting, Audit, Company Formation, DSC, E-Way Bill, FSSAI, IEC, ITR, MSME, TAX, TDS, Trademark, Comprehensive, and other services as specified by the company.
  7. Conduct: The BDA agrees to conduct themselves professionally and ethically at all times. The BDA agrees not to engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of the company.
  8. Termination: The company may terminate the BDA’s membership at any time if the BDA is found to be in violation of these TOS.
  9. Limitation of Liability: The company will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the BDA as a result of the BDA’s participation in the program.
  10. Changes to TOS: The company reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time, with or without prior notice.
  11. Governing Law: These TOS will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these TOS will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

By enrolling in the BDA Program, the BDA agrees to be bound by these TOS.
