Online Kaam Karo (Neom Technologies Inc) retains the right to occasionally extend special discounts on its services to its customers.

However, if either the Suvidha Kendra or the customer behaves in an excessively unreasonable or impolite manner towards Online Kaam Karo (Neom Technologies Inc)’s staff or experts, we reserve the right to cancel the customer’s order or terminate the Suvidha Kendra’s agreement, as appropriate. In such cases, the customer or Suvidha Kendra will forfeit any payments made to Online Kaam Karo (Neom Technologies Inc).

Unauthorized use of any image or the use of any image without prior written permission is subject to legal penalties and liability. In such cases, Online Kaam Karo (Neom Technologies Inc) reserves the right to pursue monetary compensation for any losses incurred.
For services that must be delivered before a deadline (such as tax filing), customers are required to cooperate with Online Kaam Karo (Neom Technologies Inc) to allow us to deliver the services in a prompt manner. All disputes will be governed by the jurisdiction of Bangalore.
Online Kaam Karo (Neom Technologies Inc) reserves the right to keep all customer information, including but not limited to GSTIN username, GSTIN password, ITR ID, ITR password, the company’s own information used while filing returns on behalf of customers, account details, digital signature, and transaction details. This information will only be released to the customer after all debts have been cleared and the exit cost has been paid.
Invoices for services, once issued, cannot be cancelled.
